Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from cowsandkilos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
About Our Business Model
Cows & Kilos sells beef in bulk, direct from a Wisconsin farm. We operate a pre-order batching system: orders are collected until a full steer is reserved, at which point the animal is sent to butcher. This process means your order may not be fulfilled immediately after purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment model.
Orders and Payment
All orders are processed through our secure checkout, powered by Wix and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices listed on our site are all-inclusive. There are no additional butcher fees, processing fees, or hidden charges.
Fulfillment and Wait Times
Orders are fulfilled on a batch basis. Once a full steer is reserved, processing and delivery typically takes approximately two weeks. We will communicate order status via email at the following milestones:

Wait times may vary depending on order volume. By purchasing, you accept that an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed at the time of purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable and custom-processed nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
In the rare event of a verifiable quality issue upon delivery, contact us at cowsandkilos@gmail.com within 24 hours with photographs and a description. We do not guarantee refunds but will review serious concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery
Delivery is included in the purchase price. A person must be present at the delivery address to accept the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will work with you to arrange an alternative time, but we are not responsible for any loss of product quality resulting from a missed delivery.
Delivery is available within our service area. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us before purchasing.
Gym Partner Referral Program
Some orders may be placed through a referral link or QR code associated with a gym or business partner. By purchasing through a referral, you agree that your order may be attributed to that partner for the purpose of calculating referral compensation. No additional cost is passed to you as a result of a referral.
Intellectual Property
All content on cowsandkilos.com — including text, graphics, logos, and product images — is the property of Cows & Kilos and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Cows & Kilos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
