RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Due to the perishable nature of farm-fresh beef, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our farm.

  • All sales are final.

  • All beef is processed at USDA-inspected facilities.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
  • In the extremely rare event of a verifiable quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with photographs and details.

  • While we don't guarantee refunds, we value your satisfaction and will address serious concerns on a case-by-case basis.
