PRESENCE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY
We require someone to be present at time of delivery. This ensures a smooth handoff of your purchase without a loss in quality or damage goods.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Delivery is included in your purchase. You will receive an email when your order is headed to the butcher for processing and again with a delivery date and time.
RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of farm-fresh beef, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our farm.
